The almost instantaneous probe sensor response (under 4 seconds) combined with its min/max and hold features enable customers to register rapidly changing food internal temperatures and display readings in the dual scale jumbo LCD.
The high-quality foldable stainless-steel probe is adjustable for angles from 0° to 180°. This provides the flexibility necessary to adjust the thermometer to meet a variety of probing conditions and establish optimum settings safely and reliably to ensure accurate temperature readings.
