Description
Operation instructions:
2.1 ON/OFF keyboard: Turn it on or off, the screen appears full-screen display when turning it on, and then displays the temperature value.
2.2 MAX/MIN key: Check the maximum and minimum temperature monitored from start to present.
2.3 CAL key: Automatic calibration key, press and hold this key for 3 seconds, the thermometer will enter the automatic calibration mode.
(Note: Since Dynamic calibration is just a temporary calibration to ensure the accuracy of the thermometer before use every day. Please do not let the thermometer enter during normal use Enter this mode, otherwise it may cause the thermometer to measure inaccurately. See the attachment for the automatic calibration procedure.)

3. Precautions for using a thermometer:
3.1 It is forbidden to use the probe of the digital probe thermometer to poke ice cubes or other very hard foods, which can easily damage the sensor.
3.2 This thermometer is most suitable for measuring the temperature of the food center, that is, inserting a probe into the food center to measure the temperature.
4. Accessories: Thermometer automatic calibration program:
4.1 Fill a cup with 60% crushed ice, then fill it with water
4.2 Turn on the digital thermometer and set it to degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
4.3 Insert the probe into the ice water and stir for at least 15 seconds. Make sure the probe is completely submerged in the ice water throughout the process
4.4 Keep the probe completely submerged and press and hold the CAL button on the back of the thermometer for 3 seconds until displayed on the LCD display screen

4.5 Thermometer enters automatic calibration mode
4.6 Sample 3 readings and compare the sampled readings to 0 degrees to produce an average error.
4.7 The thermometer screen shows C0.0, the calibration is successful, and it returns to the normal temperature measurement state after 3 seconds.
