The AquaTuff 35235 series with Bell Surface Wrap & Stow probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. The heavy-duty patented probe cable that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument. The Bell Surface probe is best used for taking measurements of any flat surface. Bell self-orients to a surface to give superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens. With any surface measure, a small drop of oil or grease is recommended to aid in heat transfer to the bell sensor. Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 facility in the USA.
